That is wonderful news, Rick. Peppermint oil is also a gentle way to soothe digestive upsets, either by applying topically to tummy area or adding a drop or two to water, or putting several drops in a veggie capsule and swallowing. In addition, for those times when alertness is needed, simply inhaling the aroma of peppermint from the bottle or applying a drop into your hand, rubbing your hands together and cupping over your nose, while inhaling deeply, will facilitate a clearer state of mind.

Thanks for sharing Brenda!

This is great information! Plus, Sue Wright offers some ways to actually apply it.

My daughter is using it for her migraines. She is mixing it with her morning orange juice. She hasn't complained about headaches. This is awesome!

Thank you for that recipe Sue. Do you make the mixture as you go or do you make enough for a weeks supply?

Peppermint oil is a staple in my life. It works wonderfully well for headaches if I ever get one, which is rare since I use oils so much! How I use peppermint oil daily is in my teeth cleaning recipe:

Baking soda
Himalayan Salt
Several drops of peppermint
Several drops of thieves oil

I blend this mixture with a utensil and use it regularly to brush my teeth.
Result:
Whitenend teeth, a gradual reversal of receding gums and lovely fresh breath!
